Izabela graduated from the Painting Department of the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, in the studio of Prof. Jerzy Nowosielski.

Her work moves between figuration and abstraction in a deliberately reduced language: firm contour, flat planes of colour, and minimal modelling to establish volume. The nudes and portraits avoid descriptive detail, relying on posture and gesture to define the figure. The abstract paintings are built from broad bands of colour, in which a horizon or a mass of foliage occasionally becomes legible. Across both bodies of work the emphasis falls on colour relationships and economy of means, with composition resolved through a small number of decisions rather than accumulated detail.

She lives and works in Florida, US. Her paintings have been shown in solo and group exhibitions in the United States, Poland, Germany and the Netherlands, and are held in collections in the United States and abroad.
